First Course

Carpaccio d’ Carne

Center cut of beef tenderloin sliced thinly served raw with a Arugal salad tossed with white truffle oil the topped with Pecorino Romano cheese.

Contesa Pecorino

Very balance creamy white wine with hints of almond & citrus.  Named Pecorino like the cheese.

Second Course

Escargots

Imported snails broiled with lemon, & pesto served with crispy bruschetta.

Contesa Trebbiano D’Abruzzo

An Italian white , very subtle soft minerality with hints of melon.

Third Course

Pasta Fajioli

White bean & pancetta tossed with garlic fresh basil & tomato.

Contesa Montepulciano D’ Abruzzo

Soft flavors and supple body aged 18 months in oak barrels aromas of red plumb and black cherry with soft spice.

Fourth course

Lamb Kabob

Marinate medallions of Lamb skewered with peppers, onions & squash. Served with a red wine demi glace.

Contesa Montepulciano Riserva D’ Abruzzo

Italian red aged 20 months in small oak barrels with aromas of black cherry and plumb excellent tannins.

Pistaccio Gelato
